Return to the BUILD
In this pack, we will be securing our recently built first wheel to the Left Calliper (yes, they misspelled it) and adding the Spinner.

Parts
This image includes the parts for the entire issue. However, the parts included with this pack are:
- Washer
- Front Brake Disc
- Spinner
Materials: Everything in this issue is plastic.
This pack comes with a bag of unlabeled screws containing the following type(s):
- Two (2) Type Z – These are a NEW type of screw
Build
Washer
Slide the Washer over one (1) Type Z screw:
Front Brake Disc
Retrieve the Left Calliper from (Pack 16) and fit the Front Brake Disc to it.
The back of the Front Brake Disc has this raised post on it:
That post fits into this hole on the Left Calliper:
Slide the Front Brake Disc inside the slot of the Left Calliper and pop the post down into the hole:
Next, slide the Type Z screw/washer assembly through the back of the Left Calliper.
On my model, this screw did not just slide through the disc. Instead, it threaded through the disc, which is fine:
Then, fit the Left Calliper assembly behind the wheel (built in the last pack), aligning this square recess on the Front Brake Disc to the matching square post on the back of the wheel:
Finally, pass the screw through the wheel and into the pre-installed nut in the Inner Wheel Rim. Tighten the screw just enough that the wheel does not wobble, but can still rotate:
Spinner
The Spinner just snaps onto the center of the wheel assembly.
They say it just snaps on, but mine did not. I needed to use my Dremel and a small sanding bit to grind away a little of the inside edge of the Spinner to get this to seat better:
Thoughts
Our first wheel is now complete! I know there are other builders who have created much better (and more accurate) wire wheels for this build, but I am pretty content with the Eaglemoss versions for now.

The spinner come off the wheel easily. What should I do ?
You could always super glue it in place, but I would wait until the car is finished before doing so.
My spinner was also loose,I applied a tiny bit of black RTV silicone so it would come off if I need it to.
