Parts

This image includes the parts for the entire issue. However, the parts included with this pack are:

• Windshield
• Windshield Frame
• Windshield Rubber Frame

Materials: While the Windshield Rubber Frame is rubber, the rest of the parts in this pack are plastic.

Build

Windshield Frame

Fit the holes of the Windshield Rubber Frame (gasket) over these matching pegs of the Windshield Frame.

One side of the Windshield Rubber Frame has a wide groove around the edge. This is the side that fits against the Windshield Frame:

Now, press the holes of the Windshield over the same pegs of the Windshield Frame, capturing the gasket in between.

This was a press-fit, so no screws or glue were required. The Windshield comes protected in a plastic film, I kept that nearby.

Once this was finished, I re-wrapped the film around the Windshield assembly to protect it until it is installed. Note that I bumped the bottom of the rubber gasket with my fingers here and misaligned it. It can easily be moved back into place (see the final photo):

Thoughts

This Windshield assembly will be installed into the roof with Pack 52 so keep it somewhere safe for now.
