Construct the rear windshield… These steps are the same as the previous pack, just with the rear windshield.

Parts

This image includes the parts for the entire issue. However, the parts included with this pack are:

• Rear Windshield
• Rear Windshield Frame
• Rear Window Rubber Frame

Materials: While the Rear Window Rubber Frame is rubber, the rest of the parts in this pack are plastic.

Build

Rear Windshield Frame

Fit the holes of the Rear Window Rubber Frame (gasket) over these matching pegs of the Rear Windshield Frame.

One side of the Rear Windshield Rubber Frame has a wide groove around the edge. This is the side that fits against the Rear Windshield Frame:

Now, press the holes of the Rear Windshield over the same pegs of the Rear Windshield Frame, capturing the gasket in between.

This was a press-fit, so no screws or glue were required. The Rear Windshield comes protected in a plastic film, I kept that nearby.

Once this was finished, I re-wrapped the film around this Rear Windshield assembly to protect it until it is installed:

Thoughts

This felt familiar didn’t it? This Rear Windshield assembly will be installed into the roof in Pack 52 so keep it somewhere safe for now.
