This is Ray, I am building the DB5, and I am at the stage of this build will the front hood is place onto the main part of the car, and for some reason it will not sit all the way down even with the bottom platform, it is like an 1/8 or 1/4 inch short and is not flush with the bottom I have no idea why it is not going down all the way. Please advise. Thank you.
A couple of things to check is that the posts at the bottom edge of the windshield are actually seated down flush into the holes of the frame (most common), the headlight wires are not in the way, and that the posts at the rear of the fenders actually sit down into the frame.
