Screws

This pack came with two bags of unlabeled screws containing the following type(s):

• Five (5) Type A – We’ve seen this type before
• Three (3) Type C – We’ve seen this type before too

Build

Trunk Lid

Retrieve one of your Aston Martin Badges from Pack 01 and the Trunk Lid Handle from the previous pack. Press the two pins of the Aston Martin Badge into the matching holes on top of the Trunk Lid Handle, as shown.

If you look closely, there is a small piece of double-sided adhesive tape preinstalled in the opening. I used the tip of a hobby knife to remove the outer backing tape to expose the adhesive:

Inserting this takes a bit of force, so be careful not to rub off any of the printing like I did!

Fit the two posts of this Trunk Lid Handle assembly into these matching holes of the Trunk Lid, as shown:

Secure the Trunk Lid Handle into place from the other side with two (2) Type K screws.

This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

Thoughts

At least we didn’t have to hang on to the parts from the previous pack for long! We should finish up the exterior of the trunk in the next pack.
